Under the Patronage of Eng. Omar Maani, Mayor of Amman, Taameer Jordan launched the mockups – 3 fully furnished villas – on the Andalucia projects, in addition to opening the last phases of sales on the project.
The event was attended by the Mayor of Amman, who expressed his admiration to the Andalucia Project alongside Taameer Jordan’s Chairman CEO Eng. Khalid Dahleh, its General Manager, Dr. Khalid Wazani.
During the event’s proceedings, Taameer Jordan lunched the last phases of sales. The holding company made this announcement after highlighting that 65% of the project has been completed and that already 70% of the villas have been sold.
At the launching event, Taameer Jordan’s team gave media representatives and clients a guided tour in the finished villas through which they allowed the guests to survey the property’s lavish furnishings and planted gardens, and to visualize what life in the Andalucia would be like.
Spread across 800 thousand sqm of land, Andalucia is the first fully integrated gated community of its type to be launched in Jordan. It consists of 570 villas all of which are constructed according to 10 varying architectural designs. Located 15 minutes away from the 7th circle in Amman and toward Queen Alia International Airport, Andalucia provides its residents with a lifestyle of modern luxury.
The villas are constructed using top quality building materials and finishings. Each of them has certain individuality and uniqueness that does not lessen the harmony of the whole project.
Andalucia is a technology enabled "Smart City", whereby various systems and technologies could be implemented, such as: control and security systems, broadband internet and communication lines, and cable TV and video-on-demand. All these services could be rendered to each home through a "house connection".
An entertainment center is situated in the heart of Andalucia, on 60,000 sqm, incorporated with a health club, gymnasium, tennis and basketball courts, walking tracks surrounded with trees, kids club, seating areas, cafes, restaurants and other entertainment outlets. The whole project will be completed by the end of next year.
During an introductory speech he gave at the launching event, Mr. Dahleh explained that Taameer Jordan is committed to developing and completing its projects in accordance with the highest international standards. He added “While developing this project our qualified team paid extra attention to the minutest details, ensuring that every aspect of Andalucia was completed using top quality building materials.”
Taameer Jordan’s General Manager, Dr. Wazani addressed in his speech that Taameer Jordan works to provide more than just a home for its clients. “ We feel it is our responsibility to respond to our clients’ needs and to create properties that not only provide a house but rather a fully integrated lifestyle in a real "home". The gated community setting we provide through our project fulfills this goal. The progress of construction and sales is a witness on success, we yet anticipate greater successes to come” he said.
