Tabreed wins 20-year cooling contract with Ras Al-Khaimah Free Zone

Tabreed, the National Central Cooling Company has signed a 20-year contract with the Ras Al-Khaimah (RAK) Free Zone Authority to provide cooling services to the RAK Free Trade, the Northern Emirates' business hub. 

 

Under the terms of the contract, Tabreed will link the RAK Free Trade Zone to its existing district cooling scheme in Ras Al-Khaimah to provide chilled water for cooling purposes to the Free Zone offices.  

 

Tabreed has offered district cooling services as a utility in the UAE for over five years. District cooling is widely used throughout the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and around the world, piping chilled water from a centralized plant to a range of residential, commercial and government buildings. — (menareport.com)
