The Qatari Minister of Energy and Industry, Abdullah Bin Hamad Al-Attiya was reported by Al-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper, stating that Qatar is currently conducting negotiations with the Kuwait officials to provide their state with a daily amount of 750,000 cubic feet of gas.
Moreover, the minister, opening the three-day long Middle East conference in Doha last week, stated that the discussions regarding the “Dolphin” gas project are nearly complete.
This project, which was commenced several years ago, has been designed to supply 3.2 billion cubic meters of gas daily from the northern Qatari gas field to Abu Dhabi and Dubai. –(Albawaba-MEBG)
