Regional real estate leader, TAMEER, reports steady progress on the construction of its Regal Tower in Dubai. The development, set to become one of the Business Bay area’s most sought-after business addresses, has now completed the 19th typical floor of the superstructure and is well on the way of achieving its next milestone slightly ahead of schedule.

Sources in TAMEER have confirmed that the slab for the 24th floor has been completed and the core wall has reached the 25th floor. TAMEER is looking forward to handing over the completed units to owners and investors.

The 33-storey commercial tower houses 258 offices catering to the diverse array of needs of the modern business environment.

The numerous features planned for the project include one full level dedicated to recreation, a health club equipped with sauna, a captive business centre, seven parking levels, banqueting facilities, bespoke basement storage units and retail outlets on the ground level.

The Regal Tower development is set for completion in mid 2010.
