Tameer Holding, one of the Gulf's leading property development firms, has announced the completion of its Dh30 billion Emirates Industrial Area. The project is based in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain and is set to accommodate half a million residents. The entire industrial area has been built on a total space of 80 million sq feet at a cost of Dh250 million ($ 68.2 million).
