Crucial issues currently facing the Middle East real estate market will be discussed on Monday at Cityscape Dubai on Monday by Adel Al Shirawi, Chief Executive Officer of Tamweel.
Shirawi will examine both emerging trends and alternative futures for the regional property market when he speaks at the high-profile event, according to Khaleej Times.
"The Middle East real estate market is experiencing rapid growth, but we must think clearly about the long-term implications of this expansion," said Shirawi.
Other topics to be addressed by Shirawi will be the rising demand for commercial office space in Dubai, which, according to the company's own research, will increase by 5.7 million square feet in 2007.
