Tebyan Real Estate Development, one of the region’s fastest growing real estate developers, is sold its IMPZ project land (Europa Greens) to a leading development company in Dubai. This move was pursued consequent to the acquisition of several plots in Down Town Jebel Ali for future development projects.
Tebyan’s record of accomplishments includes several mega projects in Dubai and the region, including unique residential, office and hotel projects, Clarity Tower being the first launched earlier in 2007 and aimed to be a premier office tower in Dubai with an ultra-modern urban environment located in the heart of the city. Currently, Tebyan is half way through the construction of a deluxe hotel apartment project in TECOM. Tebyan is also planning to launch two towers in Dubai Marina in the upcoming few months.
