The Dow Chemical Company and Kuwait's Petrochemical Industries Company have contracted Technip USA to provide engineering services for the new Ethylene Plant planned for the Olefins-2 Petrochemicals Complex to be constructed in Shuaiba, Kuwait.
The plant, which is a joint venture between Dow and PIC, will be designed based on Technip's ethylene technology provided by Technip Claremont in California.
Headquartered in Paris, Technip's main engineering and business centers are located in France, Italy, Germany, the UK, Norway, Finland, the Netherlands, the United States, Brazil, Abu Dhabi, China, India, Malaysia and Australia.
