Total value of land transactions in Dubai

The total value of land transactions in Dubai last 3 days peaked at Dhs 192.66  million, of which sales exceeded Dhs123 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs69.35 million, according to the Land Department.

 

A total of 30 sale transactions were registered with the Department in the last 3 day,s, the most valuable of which was a plot in Emirates Hills Second that was sold for Dhs25 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Al Mararr acquired for the sum of Dhs14.5 million and another in Al Khabeesi for Dhs10.91625 million.

 

The Al Satwa area was the most active in terms of the day,s sale, with some 4 transactions. Mirdif followed it with 4 sales.

 

During  the period, Emirates Hills Second recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs25 million, followed by the Al Mararr area, Dhs14.5 million, and Mirdif area, Dhs12.27 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 58121.67 sq ft in the Emirates Hills Second area, which went for Dhs25 million. A 31000.11 sq ft plot in the Nad Al Shiba Area was acquired for Dhs4.96 million, while 26625 sq ft of Al Khabeesi was disposed of for Dhs10.92 million.

 

During the period under review 11 mortgages worth Dhs47.25 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs42 million for an area at Hor Al Anz East. There was another for Dhs12 million on an area in Al Qusais First and a further sum of Dhs5 million registered on an area of land sold in Al Raffa.
