Total value of land transactions in Dubai

The total value of land transactions in Dubai yastarday peaked at Dhs73.88 millions  million, of which sales exceeded Dhs69 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs4.5 million, according to the Land Department.

 

A total of 7 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of the day, the most valuable of which was a plot in Al Barsha First that was sold for Dhs40 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Mardaf acquired for the sum of Dhs10.05 million and another in Al Murqabat for Dhs8.98 million

 

During  the period, Al Barsha First recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs40 million, followed by the Mardaf area, Dhs12.55 million, and Al Murqabat area, Dhs8.98 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 47517.76 sq ft in the Nad Al Shiba area, which went for Dhs5.23 million. A 20000 sq ft plot in the Mardaf Area was acquired for Dhs10.05 million, while 14800 sq ft of Muhaisanah Third was disposed of for Dhs1.53 million.

 

During the period under review 3 mortgages worth Dhs2.5 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs2 million for an area at Al Barsha First. There was another for Dhs1.5 million on an area in Al Barsha Second and a further sum of Dhs.5 million registered on an area of land sold in Al Khawaneej First.
