A total of 9 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of the day, the most valuable of which was a plot in Emirates Hills Second that was sold for Dhs97 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Al Mamzer acquired for the sum of Dhs13.9 million and another in Al Mararr for Dhs6 million.
The Al Bada area was the most active in terms of the yastarday sales, with some 1 transactions. Al Barsha Second followed it with one sale.
During the period, Emirates Hills Second recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs97 million, followed by the Al Mamzer area, Dhs13.9 million, and Al Mararr area, Dhs6 million.
The biggest area sold was the 47600 sq ft in the Al Rashidiya area, which went for Dhs5.24 million. A 29063 sq ft plot in the Emirates Hills Second Area was acquired for Dhs97 million, while 20000 sq ft of Al Mamzer was disposed of for Dhs13.9 million.
During the period under review 7 mortgages worth Dhs21.31 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs56 million for an area at Oud Metha. There was another for Dhs8.94 million on an area in Al Mamzer.
