A partnership between Dubai and British investors to set up a luxury residential development in the emirate has been put off after hitting legal difficulties, Arabian Business has reported. The Miramar tower in Dubai Marina was developed by Al Rostamani Group and the UK’s Connor Construction.

Miramar boasted one of the most sought after locations in the Marina/Jumeirah Beach area. Overlooking the marina from its northern side, it was planned to be next to a large park, in front of low rise-only towers towards the beach, and 400 yards from Le Royal Meridien, the new Al Habtoor, the Metropolitan Beach Resort, Grosvenor House and the Ritz Carlton.

It includes one, two and three bedroom apartments. One bedroom apartments were up to 1,096 square feet in size, with large master bedrooms, fitted wardrobes, and living rooms.
