Trane announced today that it will supply 45,000 tons of air conditioning to villas on The Palm, Jumeriah in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project is owned and developed by Nakheel, one of the leading companies in building the vision of Dubai. Located just off the coast of the city of Dubai is the world’s most unique island – The Palm, Jumeirah.
Trane worked closely with its distributor in the Emirates, Juma Al Majid Est., to meet the stringent requirements of the job outlining the unique features of the Trane units which have a proven track record globally.
Trane’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems were evaluated to ensure Reliability, Durability and Optimum cooling performance in the luxury villas spread over The Palm fronds.]
Trane will provide Ducted Split Systems and Fresh Air Handling units using US built Trane patented 100% Aluminum Spine Fin ™coils condensing units that were designed and built to stand up to the elements and to extreme temperatures. Trane has mobilized its resources worldwide to meet Nakheel’s challenging delivery schedule.
