In a strategic initiative that reinforces its real estate portfolio and steps up retail space in the city’s most prestigious waterfront developments, leading real estate development company, Trident International Holdings (TIH) unveiled, innovative, upscale waterfront retail concepts at its luxury freehold residential projects at Dubai Marina.
With this move, TIH emerges as among the first few in Dubai Marina to have premium residential and leisure spaces interlace with contemporary retail offerings at its Bayside Residence, Marinascape and Trident Grand Residence projects. Once complete Silverstone Holdings, a reputed retail management company will take over ‘Aqua Moda’ the branded retail space at the Marinascape, Trident’s second project.
