Tulip Business Developers, a private property developer in the UAE, has announced the launch of their new Dh450 million project titled "Peninsula at Business Bay." According to Khaleej Times, the project will be a freehold office tower covering an approximate construction area of 580,000 square feet with the latest in modern technology.
