Tunisie Telecom creating nationwide broadband network for ADSL broadband access

Redback Networks Inc., a leading provider of next-generation broadband networking systems, and Huawei Technologies Company Ltd, a global telecom infrastructure supplier, Tuesday announced that Tunisie Telecom is creating a nationwide broadband network to bring ADSL broadband access and services to consumers and small businesses using systems from Redback and Huawei. Redback is supplying its SMS™ 1800 broadband subscriber management systems. Huawei is supplying DSLAMs, a centralized network management system and DSL modems. Huawei is a global distribution partner for Redback.
