Two ICAD labor residential complex contracts signed

Two contracts were recently signed by the Higher Corporation for specialized Economic Zones (ZonesCorp) for the construction of two new residential complexes at the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi in the Musaffah area.

 

The contracts were signed by Chairman of Bin Omeir Holding Group, Mr. Said Bin Omeir, Chairman of Bin Omeir Holding Group, Mr. Ahmed Al Hussaini, Chief Executive Officer of Al Rayan Investment Company, and Mr. Norman Johnston of ZonesCorp, according to WAM.

 

The signing of the two contracts reportedly came after the successful inauguration of the first phase of the labor residential area in the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi, on 22 April 2006.

 

The move was made under the directives of General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of UAE Armed Forces, according to comments by General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Planning and Economy Department and Chairman of ZonesCorp.

 

The new complexes are two out of a total of five that are slated to be built. Three of the complexes will be built in the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi and the other two in the Industrial city of Al Ain according to directives from Sheikh Hamed).
