Al-Wafa al-Arabia Real Estate Co. has announced the start of the marketing phase of two new housing projects in Sharjah in cooperation with Style Home Real Estate, reported the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Rai al-Aam on September 14, 2005.
The first project, called "Capital Tower", is located in al-Wahda Street in Sharjah's al-Majaz area. It includes 25 floors and advanced services, such as swimming pool, health club and parking lots. There are various kinds of apartments in this tower: studio apartments, one bedroom and a living room, two bedrooms and a living room and 3 bedrooms and a living room. The prices
start from 12,000 Kuwaiti Dinars ($41,095 ).
The second tower, called "Moon Tower", is located in al-Nahda area. It also composed of 25 floors and features the same services as the above mentioned tower.
Those who want to purchase apartments in the project should pay directly through monthly installments for a 36 months period without interest.
