According to Al-Bayan newspaper, Mr. Mohammed Al-Matua', Director General of the Al-Waleed Real Estate Company, and Mr. Gangaramani, Managing Director of Al Faraa Group of Companies, signed a Dh 195 million contract for building the "Al-Waleed Paradise" tower.
Mr. Al-Matua' said that Al-Faraa Group is one of the leading contracting and construction company and it had established a major real estate projects in Abu Dhabi. He added that the new 34-floor tower consists of single room, double room, treble room and four room apartments.
