According to Al-Riyadh newspaper, Manazel, UAE’s new real estate firm based in Abu Dhabi, announced that it's planning to contract a number of national and state-owned companies to launch a number of real estate projects in Abu Dhabi. The first of these projects is building 4,000 apartments in Abu Dhabi for low and medium income residents in UAE. The per unit price ranges between Dh 700,000 and Dh 1.2 million.
Manazel has become one of the largest privately funded firms in the country, ready to enter the dynamic property market at mark speed with a unique set of projects already in the works.
