The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Air Force and Air Defense Command has officially endorsed the Middle East Air Chief's Conference being organized as part of this year's Dubai air show program.
The conference, being organized by the international trade newsweekly Defense News in conjunction with Fairs & Exhibitions, which organizes the Dubai air show, is to be held at Le Meridien Hotel, Dubai on December 6, the day before the opening of Dubai 2003, the eighth international aerospace exhibition.
The conference, which is being sponsored by Northrop Grumman Integrated Systems, will cover cutting-edge defense and aerospace issues. Topics up for discussion will include anti-terrorism strategies and intelligence sharing, developing air-land battle doctrine and future
technologies. Discussion will also take a close look at the Iraq conflict – including the lessons learned.
Dubai 2003, which will run at Airport Expo Dubai from December 7-11, is organized by Fairs & Exhibitions in collaboration with the Department of Civil Aviation, Government of Dubai and the UAE Armed Forces. — (menareport.com)
