Kerzner International and Istithmar, developers of the Dh4.4 billion Atlantis, the Palm project, has arranged a Dh2.75 billion finance package with a consortium of local and foreign banks, a senior Kerzner official said.
Banking sources told Gulf News that HSBC Bank has been selected as lead arranger for the finance package, and it has brought eight other banks into the consortium.
