According to <i>WAM</i>, Shaikha Lubna will meet with US officials as part of the two countries' commitment to enhance ties.
The visit comes amidst rising tension over the Dubai Ports World deal, which has raised controversy in the US in recent weeks due to claims of security concerns.
Dubai Ports announce that it decided to sell all its US port operations as a result of the controversy.
The two countries are looking to complete a free trade agreement in the coming months.
