According to Al-Bayan newspaper, Mr. Ghaith Al-Ghaith, Board Director of the National Marine Dredging Company, said that his company has started preparations and necessary studies to launch a new real estate development company in the UAE.
Al-Ghaith added that the new real estate company will be entirely owned by the National Marine Dredging Company. The new enterprise will specialize in real estate development activities in the UAE. Incorporated in 1979, National Marine Dredging Company is engaged in executing dredging and associated reclamation works in the territorial waters of the United Arab Emirates under contracts from the Government of Abu Dhabi. The company was established in 1974 and is 40% owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi.
