The new UAE's federal property law set to be declared in the next few weeks and Dubai's move to clear doubts about the 'freehold' and 'leasehold' property status will pave the way for future real estate developments.
According to Khaleej Times, Dr. Mohammed Raheef Hakmi, Chairman, Armada Group, said: "These regulations will ease investor fears over property rights and set the stage for the sector to grow without much hindrance."
