US-based Xtreme Defence Security (XDS) has launched its operations in the Middle East and South Asia. XDS will exclusively market and distribute the products throughout the Middle East from its office in the Dubai Airport Free Zone. All products are manufactured in the United States and meet US, British and International Testing Standards.
One of the key security products that XDS offers is a film and acrylic adhesive system that when applied to ordinary glass, turns it into a powerfully protective shield. Using a patented chemical process, the adhesive strengthens ordinary glass by up to 400 per cent, protecting consumers from injuries resulting from accidents or shattered glass.
The company’s products have principally been used at government office buildings to guard against natural disasters and attacks such as vandalism, burglary and terrorism. XDS represents a range of products for safety and security of civilians, law enforcement personnel and the armed forces in the Middle East and South Asia on an exclusive basis.
