US-firm Interlabs, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Summit National Consolidation Group (SNCG), has signed a letter of intent that it expects will lead to the first exclusive distribution contract for its products in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The deal, which is expected to be finalized within two weeks and is estimated to generate up to five million dollars per year in new revenues, would give The Albadranha Group the exclusive right to sell Interlabs' BioSolvant products in the UAE.
Under the terms of the agreement, which has yet to be finalized, The Albadranha Group would hold the exclusive right to sell Interlabs' complete present and future lines of BioSolvant health and consumer products in the UAE.
This is considered a very lucrative market because buyers from a variety of countries in the region regularly travel to the UAE to purchase branded foreign goods for resale in their home countries. The company expects that the first shipment of products to its new partner in the UAE should be delivered within the next 180 days.
"Our aggressive marketing strategy calls for quickly negotiating a number of similar contracts that will help put our products on store shelves across the globe in a very short period of time. We believe that the pending deal with The Albadranha Group should just be the tip of the iceberg,” said Mario Quenneville, Interlabs CEO.
Since being acquired by SNCG, Interlabs has secured its first private label marketing agreement with the international nail and skin products company, Barielle Sales Corporation, has signed an exclusive manufacturing agreement with Concepts Marketing Solutions, is close to signing its first exclusive distribution contract and is in the middle to late stages of several other distribution contracts.
Interlabs' products are already available under its own name in a growing number of retailers and salons. Barielle has also begun placing Interlabs' products under the Barielle name in retailers such as Bloomingdale's, Neiman-Marcus and Macy's and in regional and national drug chains and cosmetic specialty stores.
SNCG's representatives have been working to create an international network of distributors and retailers for Interlabs' products. The company expects to announce more contracts in the very near future. SNCG has also taken most of the necessary steps to fast track the company's admittance for listing on the OTC Bulletin Board, which it expects to be approved in the very near future.
Earlier this year, Houston-based SNCG acquired Interlabs, Inc., a privately held company that manufactures and markets revolutionary non-toxic organic products using Biosolvant and other secret formulas.
With the acquisition of Interlabs, SNCG is in the process of organizing an international consumer product-manufacturing network. The company is planning to launch a highly aggressive acquisition campaign that will enable it to create an integrated platform that offers manufacturing, distribution, marketing and product fulfillment services worldwide.
Interlabs' cosmetic and cleaning products have been developed from organic materials. They can be used in many applications, such as fingernail polish remover, vitamin E applicators, make up remover, sneaker cleaner wipes, instant shoe shine wipes, acne treatment wipes, eye glass, cleaner and defogger, car interior leather cleaning pads, etc.
These SuperWipes products are sold in food, drug, convenience and beauty supply stores throughout North America and around the world. More SuperWipes products are planned. — (menareport.com)
