US-based Amitelo Communications has completed the acquisition of 100 percent interest in Lebanon’s Middle East Telecommunication Network (MIDNET).
MIDNET is an Internet and telecommunications service provider offering broadband services to corporate customers in the Middle East. The company is also involved in some specific telecommunications projects in Iraq.
"This strategic acquisition will allow Amitelo to expand its operations and establish an active presence in the Middle East,” said Amitelo`s Director Business Development, Michel Kandalaft.
Amitelo Communications is an international telecommunications and internet service provider company. Amitelo’s core business is dealing with the delivery of high quality voice and Internet services.
