The value of land transactions registered on 06-08-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 7 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 4 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 2.7 million paid for a 10000 sq feet area in Mardaf.An amount of Dhs 1.8 million, for a 15000 sq feet area of land in Muhaisanah First, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 1.5 million paid for a 8000 sq feet area in the Al Rashidiya district.
The single biggest plot sold was 15000 sq feet at Muhaisanah First for the sum of Dhs 1.8 million. The second biggest was the 10000 sq feet area in Mardaf that sold for Dhs 2.7 million.
