The value of land transactions registered on 26-04-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 190 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 17 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 90 million paid for a 15000 sq feet area in Sheikh Zayed Road.An amount of Dhs 30 million, for a 3000378 sq feet area of land in Nad Al Shiba, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 15.76768 million paid for a 44416 sq feet area in the Jumeira Third district.
The single biggest plot sold was 3000378 sq feet at Nad Al Shiba for the sum of Dhs 30 million. The second biggest was the 44416 sq feet area in Jumeira Third that sold for Dhs 15.76768 million.
