Venezuela's Energy Ministry release on Friday preliminary figures indicating that Venezuela's export basket of crude oil finish the week ending Nov. 3 at $29.07 down $1.07 from $30.14 on the week ending Oct 27.
The average price of the basket so far this year is $26.67, the Ministry reported.
