Luis Pacheco executive director of Planning.
Carlos Arteaga corporate manager of new businesses.
Nelson Rios now will run the development and training center of PDVSA.
Fernando Puig, head the company's scientific center, Intevep.
Ludovico Nicklas to oversee in exploration and production department.
Cesar Jimenez general director of exploration.
Jon Bilbao and Enrique Torres to the board of directors of PDVSA's Pequiven.
Edgar Paredes executive director of refining, supply and marketing.
Nelson Nava president of the PDVSA Gas unit, replacing Domingo
Marsicobetre, who left the company's board of directors.
Luis Andres Rojas vice president of PDVSA Gas.
