The vineyard of Pascal Jolivet, one of the youngest and most dynamic vineyards in the Loire Valley of France is set to visit Grand Hyatt Dubai's award-winning South East Asian restaurant, Indochine, for a month long collaboration in May.
The promotion will be officially launched with a special evening on May 5th hosted by Pascal Jolivet himself.
Established in 1985, Pascal Jolivet’s objective is to produce top quality Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé in the classic mould. Now their wines enjoy international recognition with a host of awards and listings in the world’s highest ranked restaurants.
“The freshness and fruit-forward character in all of Jolivet wines will marry perfectly with the light, flavoursome dishes that are the trademark of Indochine,” remarked Max Burkhalter, Executive Chef.
During the month-long promotion, Indochine will offer a variety of set menus that will cater to a variety of different tastes covering vegetarian, seafood and Vietnamese dishes, all paired with three glasses of Pascal Jolivet wines. Set menus are priced at Dhs 220 per person.
During the winemaker’s evening on May 5th, Pascal will be available to speak to guests about the featured wines and also about his unique approach to wine making. A set menu for the evening is again priced at Dhs 220 per person and will include five glasses of Jolivet wine. (menareport.com)
