US-based digital printing systems company VUTEK is planning to open a regional office within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) in the first quarter of next year. The company already has three offices operating in the Middle East North African region (MENA) region, in Lebanon, Egypt and Morocco.
The increasing demand for wide-scale billboard advertisements in the Middle East motivated the company to strengthen its presence in the region, stated VUTEX’s Middle East Sales Manager Abdallah Ghalayini. “VUTEK Middle East, for instance, has doubled its business every year for the past three years due to this growth trend,” he said.
The company says its new GCC office will be used as a customer relations and support base. “It will complement our office and warehouse in Beirut and offices in Cairo and Casablanca and enable us to provide blanket coverage throughout the entire MENA region,” said Ghalayini.
VUTEK is among exhibitors from 18 countries due to take part in Sign & Graphic Imaging Middle East, to be held at the Dubai World Trade Center from January 22-24. The fair has doubled in size since 2000 and will have a greater focus this year on billboard advertising, organizers International Expo-Consults (IEC) disclosed. — (menareport.com)
