According to <i>Al-Sabaah</i> newspaper, the Director General of the Water Authority in Diali, Mr. Murtadha Hamoud, announced that his department had prepared a plan to improve and to develop the drinking water services in Diali.
The plan consists of building a 187,340 meter long drinking water supply system to assure adequate water supply to all residents of the governorate compared with current only 70% of the population get water supply. The diameter of the system is estimated at 110 millimeter. He added that the plan, once approved, will also include technical, engineering and civil operations.
