Construction work has begun on the $50 million, 22.5 thousand sq meters "7 Zones" project IN Kuwait by the Al Mazaya Holding Company.
‘7 Zones’ will be located in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area, and is expected to be completed in 18 months, according to Khaleej Times. The project is planned to have a full basement, ground floor and mezzanine, with a construction area of 51.750 square meters.
Rashid Al Nafisi, Chairman and Vice-President of Al Mazaya, stated that the "7 Zones" will be a complete city dedicated to construction material. The project will have full stands of construction and foundation/establishing material all under one roof.
The project is being developed in league with the Arabian Company for construction materials due to the project's prime location of the Shuwaikh Industrial Area, an area considered one of the most attractive to businesses who are looking for various kinds of construction materials. It will also include entertainment facilities that will make the development attractive for all the family.
