Work on Pearl-Qatar is moving ahead of schedule with some 80 per cent of land reclamation completed. United Development Company (UDC), the owner and developer of the island, has now commenced the construction of the infrastructure in several areas including roads, bridges and utilities.
This was disclosed by Nick Bashkiroff, Pearl Qatar's Development Director during a presentation for Turkish businesspersons at the UDC headquarters on Wednesday.
