CBRE builds up Bahrain team
CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. (CBRE) is developing its Bahrain based team through the appointment of Afshan Shah Dadabai, a Bahraini national with formidable academic and professional experience. She joins the firm’s senior management team based in their Manama office as Manager - Research & Consultancy.
Dadabai brings CBRE over 10 years of research and consultancy experience in the Middle East with specialist skills in market appraisals, feasibility studies, best-use development studies and high-level financial modeling. These talents have been applied to a broad portfolio of clients throughout the GCC and Levant area.
Before joining CBRE, Dadabai was a manager in strategic consultancy at Cluttons, prior to which she worked in the consulting divisions of PriceWaterhouseCoopers and BDO Jawad Habib. At BDO Jawad Habib, she specialized in real estate and hospitality consultancy, leading a team of research associates.
After completing her high-school education locally, Dadabai studied in America where she gained a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Rhodes College in Memphis.
