CDA seminar emphasises best practices in human rights

The Community Development Authority (CDA) recently organized a seminar on integrity and human rights to strengthen awareness on best practices in human rights for the judicial, courts and police staff. The seminar focused on the importance of ensuring justice and equality for all to achieve the larger goals of all-round social development.
The seminar is in line with CDA's commitment to promote awareness on the basic rules for the protection of human rights and its positive impact on individuals, family and society. It also complements the aspirations and visions of the nation's leadership in investing and promoting human resources as the first pillar in nation-building.
Dr Ghaith Ghanem Al Suwaidi, CEO – Human Rights Sector in CDA, CEOs from different sectors, and representatives from government institutions attended the seminar, which was organized by the Human Rights Sector of CDA.
