ChoCo’a the UAE-based chocolate artisans introduces its exquisite Ramadan collection of hand-made chocolate delicacies in celebration of the Holy Month. The collection offers Middle Eastern sweets such as Dates, Maamoul and Baklawa in their traditional form as well as with the ChoCo’a touch, dipped in exquisite Belgian chocolate. ChoCo’a’s special Ramadan collection will also offer handmade chocolates filled with exotic flavors such as Arabic coffee, Rosewater and Halawi displayed in beautiful chocolate arrangements.

The month of Ramadan is also known as the month of giving and generosity. ChoCo’a’s Ramadan collection has been carefully crafted by expert in-house chefs to create customized chocolate arrangements to make the perfect gift during the Holy Month. The collection is complemented with accessories reflecting Arabian themes and featuring deep elegant colors such as red, green and gold alongside elegant decorative items honoring Emirati culture.

ChoCo’a was established in the UAE in 2004 by husband and wife team Assem and Dina Hamzeh, offering a wide range of custom-made and creative collections featuring chocolate products, cakes and pastries to suit the UAE’s diverse tastes and occasions. The exclusive Ramadan collection will be available in ChoCo’a boutiques in Dubai and Abu Dhabi by mid-July.

Knafeh

ChoCo’a‘s Knafeh is a warm desert baked with rich filling of Cheese, with a blend of Semolina, Sugar and Milk, being covered by the layers of Knafeh Dough enriched with Butter. The desert is embellished with Roasted almonds and served with Syrup.

Aish al-saraya

Aish Al-Saraya means “the bread of royal palace” is a rose-water scented bread pudding that is a famous special occasion’s dessert. 

ChoCo’a‘s Aish al-saraya consists of layers of Caramelized bread flavored with rose water and Orange blossom water and rich creamy filling made with a blend of Milk, cream, butter, bread and Sugar. The desert is embellished with roasted Almonds, Pistachios and Hazelnuts. This refreshing dessert is served cold.

Othmalliyeh

Othmalliyeh is very popular refreshing dessert made of cream (kashta) sandwiched between two layers of thin stringy dough. Served with sugar syrup and garnished roasted Almonds, Pistachios and Hazelnuts and snow sugar. This combination of being crispy on the outside and soft on the inside is what makes it enticing from the first bite.

Mafroukeh

Mafroukeh is a well known dessert made from caramelized sugar and semolina dough flavored with rose water and Orange blossom water and filled with Lebanese cream (kashta). The desert is topped with roasted Almonds, Pistachios and Hazelnuts. It is a lip smacking sweet loved by all.
