One car bomb in Sadr city killed four people and wounded six, while another killed two and wounded seven.
Later, a car bomb exploded on a commercial street in Jamila, killing three people and wounding 10, according to AP.
A fourth car bomb detonated in eastern Baghdad near a traffic police office, killing three people and injuring seven.
Iraq has faced increasing violence in the past two years as al Qaeda in Iraq continues attacks across the country.
