DIB introduces Express Banking Terminals to enhance customer convenience
Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) today gave customers even more choice in how they bank with the launch of new Express Banking Terminals. The terminals, situated at key locations across the UAE, give customers 24 hour access to a wide range of banking services usually only available in branch, online, or through phone banking.
DIB customers can use Express Banking Terminals to access a number of account and card services, such as to print statements, request cheque books, apply for Al Islami Salary-in-Advance, open investment deposits, apply for supplementary cards, or transfer funds.
Customers can also pay a range of bills through the terminals, including phone and TV (Etisalat and du), utilities (DEWA, SEWA, FEWA), airlines (flydubai and Air Arabia), and Salik fees. Additionally, the terminals allow customers to register for Al Islami Online Banking, Al Islami Mobile and Al Islami SMS Banking.
Musabah Al Qaizi, Head of Electronic Banking Service Department, DIB, said: “At Dubai Islamic Bank we continuously strive to provide customers with fast, secure and convenient 24 hour banking access. In line with this commitment, Express Banking Terminals are our latest innovation designed to make banking even more convenient for our customers.”
DIB customers can access Express Banking Terminals securely with their Al Islami Debit, Credit or Charge Card and PIN, as well as by using their Al Islami online banking user ID and password.
