The event reflected DJI’s commitment to encouraging excellence and honoring creativity in line with the vision of H.H. It also aimed to develop effective communication channels with DJI partners in order to promote cooperation in enhancing the competencies of UAE Nationals.

Dr. Ahmed Bin Hazim Al Suwaidi said, “Last year, the Institute adopted an integrated strategy for the development of judicial training programs according to the highest international standards and application of learning techniques based on the best methods in order to build human resource capabilities and support our vision of reaffirming the role of law in building an integrated knowledge-based society. This strategy has certainly achieved positive results as a range of training programs have been offered by DJI in cooperation with many government and private agencies, following a series of cooperation agreements and strategic partnerships in line with DJI’s vision. We are privileged to honor all our partners whose efforts to promote our training initiatives and support the objectives of Dubai Strategic Plan 2015 and its focus on justice, safety and security are highly appreciated. We also reaffirm our full commitment to continue working with them in the current year to consolidate legal and judicial excellence in the emirate.”

Commenting on the event, Dr. Al Sumaiti said: “DJI draws inspiration from H.H. Sheikh Mohammed’s vision of enhanced government integration and closer collaboration among government, private and educational institutions towards an integrated knowledge-based society. The human element is considered vital to the fulfillment of this vision, which is why we have been working with various public and private entities in Dubai and across the UAE to encourage excellence and develop a generation of young citizens highly qualified to lead our nation’s growth.”

“We would not be able to succeed in our mission without the support of our strategic partners. This ceremony is our way of expressing our utmost appreciation for their assistance in our efforts to raise community awareness on the legal field and enhance Dubai’s position in international legal affairs,” he added.

Faisal Al Karaan, Head of Rehabilitation and Training Department, Dubai Judicial Institute, commented, “We are pleased to cooperate with a number of key government departments, private companies and academic institutions to provide training programs based on best practices and latest legal knowledge.
