This is the moment that a surprised mother realized that her astute six-year-old daughter personally organized $300 worth of board and video games, and toys to be delivered to her front door – without asking for permission.
And by her daughter's wide grin, you'd think she had won the Lottery.
Caitlin’s cheeky shopping order came to light when the Amazon deliverer turned up to her Utah home, and started unpacking a pile of cardboard boxes on the driveway, in front of the girl’s stunned mother.
‘She knew exactly what she was doing. I was so surprised that a six-year-old know how to do one-click, next-day shipping,’ the girl’s older cousin, Ria Diyaolu, told BuzzFeed News.
It transpired that Caitlin’s mom had let the girl order a Barbie as a birthday present on Amazon but, when her daughter later asked whether she could check the website to see when her doll would arrive, she left her unattended.
Her mother did not realize what had happened until the next day, when boxes suddenly started piling up.
Diyaolu said: ‘Her mom went on her Amazon account and saw three pages of things she had ordered.’
The delivery driver posed with a grinning Caitlin for a photo, which was later shared on Twitter.
Her cousin’s tweets about her ‘badass little cousin’ prompted plenty of humorous responses and memes, with one person saying: ‘Ahhha. I’m never having kids. Too smart for their own good.’
Unfortunately for little Caitlin, her attempt to fill her room with toys came to an abrupt end when her mother returned every item, except for the Barbie.
