The Internal Security Forces arrested a suspected drug dealer in the country's capital earlier this week, a statement from the agency said Saturday.
The ISF arrested a Lebanese national, identified as D. Aa., born in 1991, after getting reports that a man on a motorcycle in Beirut was dealing drugs.
The ISF arrested him Wednesday and seized the drugs found on his person, which were disguised as bags of nuts. They found 20 bags each containing 5 grams of Salvia and 14 bags containing 3 grams of the hallucinogenic drug. The ISF also seized 11 plastic boxes each containing 2 grams of cocaine, as well as his bike and money.
D. Aa. already has two arrest warrants for drug use and dealing.
