- The Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) has achieved the Guinness World Record for the world’s largest sand art structure. In a statement issued on Sunday, the JTB said it had received a certificate confirming the record at its office in Berlin.
The large bottle of layered coloured sand, displayed recently at the International Travel Exhibition in Berlin, was created to mark the 200th anniversary of the re-discovery of the historic city of Petra.
