The Internal Security Forces Saturday announced the arrest of a man in Nabatieh who is alleged to have had sex with his daughter and to have forced her to have sex with other people.
The suspect, identified as Syrian national M.Kh., born in 1973, was arrested on Oct. 29 during a raid on his house in Nabatieh, in the south, the ISF said.
He had been wanted on charges of “indecent assault,” as well as coerced sexual intercourse. A summary judgment was issued on those charges, calling for 12 years of imprisonment, the ISF said.
In addition, M.Kh. was in Lebanon illegally.
