An inmate at a Saudi prison was given am ornate five-star wedding within the prison walls, Fath news reports.
Pictures published by the Arabic language daily 'Sabq' show fancy furniture and top notch food in a well decorated room. The pictures could belong to any happy newlywed couple.
Prison management even went so far as to provide the bride and groom with a private room next to the prison for their honeymoon.
“The prison management made great effort to give the inmate a big wedding party….two separate halls were prepared for men and women while the guests were entertained for a big banquet during the wedding,” the paper said without indentifying the lucky prisoner or divulging the reason for the man's imprisonment.
