With an influx of asylum seekers entering the country, German tabloids on Wednesday provided refugees with pull-out guides written in Arabic, AFP reported.

Newspapers Bild and BZ printed out four-page guides with Arabic translations of key districts, maps with locations of refugee shelters and migration services, and a dictionary of German phrases. The supplement was headlined, "Welcome to Berlin."

The move comes after Bild, Germany's top paper, for weeks launched a campaign called "We help." BZ said readers should give the pull-out "as a gift to a refugee after reading it," according to AFP.

Germany has pledged to accept at least 500,000 refugees and is expected to receive 800,000 asylum seekers this year. The number is four times that of last year, AFP reported.
