Seventy-one percent of US employees need mental health support, according to a study published by Johns Hopkins Medicine, BHS and Quest Diagnostics on Wednesday.
The study, published in the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, found that those workers identified as being at risk for depression, anxiety and chronic stress. And 80% of employees had no history of mental health treatment.

"Untreated and under-treated mental health is a massive health issue," Emvitals CEO Jennifer Hunter said in a statement.
"60% of people in need of mental healthcare simply never seek care and those that do can wait a decade to do so. Mental healthcare must transform from reactive and fragmented care to proactive and integrated care," she added.
